Emad al-Mikhi

Emad Al-Mikhi is the Head of People & Culture at Eon Dental since March 2022, with prior experience as the Head of Transformation in the same department and as an HR Director. From November 2019 to February 2022, Emad served as a People Advisory Services Manager and Lead Talent Consultant at EY. Emad's tenure at Arab Bank from June 2011 to October 2019 included roles as an HR Business Partner, Senior International Talent, Learning & Development Officer, and International Recruitment Officer, focusing on HR consultancy, talent development, and executive recruitment across multiple countries. Emad holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Wales, Newport, obtained between 2008 and 2010.
