Laura Olshefski

Laura Olshefski, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in human resources, starting as a Recruiter Intern at Marsetta Lane Staffing in 2008. Laura then moved on to roles such as Human Resources Generalist at Chelsea Building Products, Human Resources Generalist at PTC Alliance, and Regional Human Resources Advisor at Everyware Global, Inc. Laura later became a Human Resources Manager at Russell Standard and Gatan Inc. Laura's most recent role is Director of Learning & HR at Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc. Laura has handled a variety of HR functions throughout their career, including talent development, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Laura Olshefski obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Resource Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2010. Laura also holds additional certifications including PHR-CA from HR Certification Institute, PHR from Human Resources Institute, and SHRM-CP from SHRM. Laura also obtained an Everything DiSC® Certification from Wiley Workplace Learning in 2023.
