Justin Grimes

Justin Grimes has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Justin is currently the Regional Managing Director at EOS Hospitality since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Kennebunkport Resort Collection where they held various positions including Managing Director, Director of Operations, General Manager, and Assistant General Manager from 2011 to 2022. Justin also worked as an Assistant Manager at Andys Wine Bar and In-Room Dining in Fairmont Hotels and Resorts from 2009 to 2011. Before that, they served as a Front Office Manager at Hidden Pond Resort in Kennebunkport Resort Collection in 2009. Justin gained experience as a Food and Beverage Intern at New York Palace Hotel in 2008 and as a Member Services and Special Events Intern at Planet Hollywood International in the same year. In 2007, they worked as a Spa Concierge and Front Desk Agent at Breakwater Inn and Spa, and in 2006, they had a role as a Spa Guest Service Agent at Cliff House Maine.

Justin Grimes completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in the School of Hotel Administration from Cornell University in 2009. In 2008, they also participated in the British Programmes at Boston University, focusing on Hospitality & Tourism.
