Mike Montalvo

Mike Montalvo serves as the Resort Manager at EOS Hospitality since January 2023, bringing extensive experience in hospitality management. Previously, Montalvo held significant roles at MasterCorp, Inc. as Regional Director and Corporate Director of Housekeeping from July 2019 to September 2022. At The Service Companies, Montalvo operated as Regional Director of Operations and Director of Housekeeping. Previous roles also include Vacation Rental Housekeeping Manager at Ocean Reef Club and Housekeeping Manager at BlueGreen Resorts, where responsibilities encompassed budgeting, payroll management, and staff training. Montalvo's career began as Owner/Operator of America’s Safe and Lock and as a Locksmith with Westgate Resorts. Montalvo holds a high school diploma from Flushing High School.
