Carmen D'Ambrosio is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, sales performance, and accountability coaching. Currently serving as a Certified EOS Implementer™ and Business Accountability Coach at EOS Worldwide since August 2019, Carmen focuses on helping companies enhance their value through a healthier organizational culture. Prior roles include Chief Accountability Officer at Ohio Basement Authority and Florida Foundation Authority, where Carmen worked to redefine customer experiences in construction, and Regional Director of Sales Performance at American Express, driving sales performance across Middle Markets. Early career endeavors include founding a successful chain of hair salons and consulting for Valpak, demonstrating a strong background in marketing and client relations. Carmen holds a BA in Marketing from The Ohio State University and a minor in Spanish from Universidad de Sevilla.
