Jorge Alberto Guzmán Martínez

Jorge Alberto Guzmán Martínez has extensive experience in account management and customer service, currently serving as Gerente de Cuentas at EPA since February 2021, with a progression of roles including Ejecutivo de Cuentas SR., Ejecutivo de Cuentas JR., and Trainee de Cuentas. Prior to this, Jorge worked at Masclicks as a Trainee de Trafficker Digital and gained customer service experience at Telvista in various capacities for brands such as Metro By TMobile, COSTCO, and MetroPCS. Jorge holds a degree from Instituto Politécnico Nacional in Relaciones Comerciales and a technical degree in Mercadotecnia from the same institution.
