Alejandra Gonzalez

Alejandra Gonzalez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and recruitment. Currently serving as Coordinadora de Captación at Ferretería EPA since October 2014, Alejandra specializes in corporate recruitment strategies, psychometric testing, and Assessment Center coordination. Previous roles include overseeing recruitment and selection for Farmatodo in the central-western region of the country from September 2011 to November 2013, where Alejandra integrated corporate culture into recruitment processes and managed administrative personnel procedures. Earlier, Alejandra worked as an Analista de Recursos Humanos at Clover Internacional, focusing on competency-based selection and onboarding of employees. Alejandra holds a Diplomado en Gerencia de Mercadeo from CEATE and a Licenciada en Relaciones Industriales from Universidad de Carabobo.
