Stan Borisevich

Stan Borisevich is an experienced design leader currently serving as Director of Experience Design at EPAM Continuum since September 2022, where oversight of design and accessibility consulting teams is emphasized to create outstanding user experiences. Prior to this role, Stan held various positions including Experience Team Lead at Johnson & Johnson, where responsibilities included managing the design team's strategic operations, and Head of Product Design at EPAM Systems, focusing on innovative product design strategies. With a background in overseeing large design teams, Stan has also co-founded DesignSpot Community and has worked with notable companies such as Chevron and OpenText in leadership capacities. Stan holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Minsk Government High Radio-Engineering College.
