Abhijeet Deshmukh

Abhijeet Deshmukh is an experienced director specializing in program management, currently serving as the Director of Program Management at DJ Alexander since December 2020, focusing on agile transformation for teams in India and the UK. Prior to this role, Abhijeet held various positions at HARMAN International from June 2005 to December 2020, including Program Manager and Senior Manager - Engineering, where responsibilities encompassed leading agile transformations and serving as a Release Train Engineer and agile coach. Abhijeet began a career in quality assurance and software development at companies such as Persistent Systems, LAMBENT TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, Tech Mahindra, and Delphi Computech Pvt Ltd, after earning a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering from G.H. Raisoni College of Engineering in Nagpur.
