Aditi Gaitonde

Aditi Gaitonde is an experienced professional with a diverse background in people experience, corporate social responsibility, and employee engagement, currently serving as Manager of People Experience at EPAM Systems since June 2025. Prior to this role, Aditi worked as Deputy Manager of Staff Welfare at Xoriant and led CSR initiatives at Bitwise Foundation, where responsibilities included streamlining CSR processes, managing partnerships with NGOs, and coordinating employee volunteering programs.
