Bob Segert

Bob Segert serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of athenahealth since February 2019, leading the company following its merger with Virence Health. Bob has extensive experience in the technology and healthcare sectors, holding positions such as Board Member and Chairman of the Nominating & Governance Committee at EPAM Systems since January 2012, and previously as Chairman and CEO of Virence Health. Prior roles include Executive Chairman at Aspect Software, President and CEO of Expert Global Solutions and GXS, and various leadership positions at EDS from Vice President to Managing Director. Bob holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
