Daniela Medina

Daniela Medina is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as Head of People Operations Spain at EPAM Systems since April 2023. Previously, Daniela held multiple key roles at AnyTech365 from July 2017 to March 2023, culminating in the position of Global Head of People, where responsibilities included overseeing talent acquisition and HR operations across Spain and Morocco. Daniela co-founded and served as CEO of Grupo Ariston Lockman y Amoblados Córdoba and Ariston Distribuciones, where strategic business planning and HR management were central functions.
