Helen Shan

Helen Shan is a Board Member at EPAM. Prior to joining EPAM, Ms. Shan served as Chief Financial Officer at FactSet from January 2014 to December 2018. In this role, they were responsible for global activities related to financial reporting and performance, investments and corporate strategy.

From January 2013 to December 2014, Ms. Shan was Vice President & Treasurer at Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc., where they were responsible for global treasury activities including capital management, pensions, investments and cash management. Ms. Shan also developed and implemented corporate finance strategy relating to shareholder payout, company valuation, capital structure, pension investments and debt capacity.

From January 2005 to December 2013, Ms. Shan served as VP Finance, Treasurer and Corporate Development at Pitney Bowes, where they were responsible for Corporate Treasury, Investor Relations and Corporate Development.

Prior to joining Pitney Bowes, Ms. Shan served as Managing Director at JPMorgan from January 1993 to December 2004. From January 1989 to December 1991, Ms. Shan began their career as an Analyst at Salomon Brothers.

Helen Shan has a Bachelor of Applied Science & Bachelor of Science from the University of Pennsylvania in Systems Engineering/Finance. Helen also has a Master of Business Administration from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management in Finance, General.
