Ihar Zharski

Ihar Zharski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in delivery management and software engineering. Currently serving as Vice President of Delivery Management at EPAM Systems since September 2014, Ihar has held various leadership roles within the company, including Senior Director and Director, Head of Netherlands Delivery. Prior to this, Ihar contributed to PSWinCom AS as Development Team Lead and held similar leadership positions at DRL Limited and EPAM Systems. Ihar began a career in software engineering at EPAM Systems after earning a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Belarusian National Technical University in 2008.
