Jakub Siwiecki

Jakub Siwiecki is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Big Data development, Learning and Development, and Human Resources across various industries. Since October 2018, Jakub has served as a Big Data Developer at EPAM Systems, focusing on ETL pipeline development and quality checks. Additionally, Jakub has played a significant role as a Learning & Development Leader at EPAM, contributing to a workforce of over 55,000 employees. As a lecturer at SWPS University since September 2015, Jakub co-created a highly regarded soft HR program. Further experience includes consulting roles at Acuity Coaching Ltd, Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa w Gdańsku, and positions at Honda Gdynia, Sony Music Entertainment, and Marcopol sp. z o.o., where Jakub has successfully implemented various HR initiatives and training programs. Jakub holds a Master's degree in psychology and statistics from the Warsaw School of Social Psychology.
