Kateryna Mykhailenko

Kateryna Mykhailenko, CBAP, has extensive experience in the field of business analysis and systems engineering. Currently serving as a Lead Business Analyst at EPAM Systems since July 2016, Kateryna has also held the position of Senior Business Analyst. Prior to EPAM, Kateryna worked at UniTeam from June 2013 to June 2016 as a Business Analyst, DB programmer, and Reports Developer. Earlier experience includes roles as Commercial Director at QArea, Director and Chief of Marketing at Ratmir Labs, and various analytical positions at Telesens and Ukrtelecom. Kateryna holds a Master's degree in Systems Engineering from Kharkiv Aviation Institute, completed between 1987 and 1993.
