Nicolás Salom Guzmán

Nicolás Salom Guzmán is a seasoned professional in the field of UX design and research, currently serving as the UX Design Lead for Latam at The Cocktail since April 2022 and as a professor in the Master's program for Innovation Management and Digital Entrepreneurship at Universidad Sergio Arboleda since April 2023. Previous experience includes roles as Senior UX Researcher at Monstarlab, Product Designer at Lulo Bank, and UX Designer at Globant, where Nicolás contributed to significant UX research and prototyping for prominent enterprises like Intercorp and Compensar. Earlier career highlights feature service design at Lyotropic SAS and collaborative UX/UI design work with Prodigious Latin America on the Helios project, along with contributions to a digital subscription strategy at EL TIEMPO Casa Editorial. Nicolás holds a Master's degree in Product Service System Design from Politecnico di Milano and a Bachelor's degree in Design from Universidad de Los Andes.
