Tanya Pennell

Tanya Pennell is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in power systems and project management. Currently serving as the Power System Study Manager at EPEC Group since August 2024, Tanya previously held positions at Aurecon as Technical Director and Associate in Power Transmission and Distribution, overseeing a team of engineers and managing the CS Energy Callide Power Station portfolio. At Boeing, Tanya led a team in Configuration, Data Management & Specialty Engineering, while also serving as Acting Team Lead and Senior Project Engineer, responsible for significant project execution. Tanya's earlier roles include Principal ITS Engineer at Integrate and various positions at the Department of Transport and Main Roads, where management of multi-disciplinary teams was a key responsibility. Tanya holds a Master of Advanced Engineering in Engineering Management from the University of Southern Queensland and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic Engineering from Griffith University.
