Mark Berghausen

Mark Berghausen is a seasoned attorney specializing in complex commercial disputes, including consumer class action defense and antitrust litigation. Currently serving as Senior Counsel for litigation at Epic Games since November 2021, Mark previously held the position of Legal Research Attorney at the Superior Court of California, County of Alameda from March 2018 to October 2021. Prior to that, Mark was Counsel at O'Melveny & Myers LLP for nearly seven years, where significant achievements included winning dispositive motions in high-stakes cases and leading extensive document discovery projects. Mark also has experience as a Summer Associate at O'Melveny & Myers LLP and as a Research Assistant at Northwestern University School of Law. Mark's educational background includes a JD from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a BA in Linguistics and Classics from Stanford University.
