Monika has over 20 years of experience in human resources and has held senior positions at some of the world's leading companies, including JUUL Labs, BMC Software, Salesforce.com, Saint Mary's College of California, Gap Inc., and ProBusiness. Monika is an expert in the field of employee relations and has a proven track record of developing and implementing strategies that improve employee satisfaction and retention.

Monika Fahlbusch's educational career began when they earned their BS in Business Admin and Economics from Saint Mary's College of California. Monika then went on to attend College Park High School.
