Olivia Hooper is the Head of Talent Management at Epic Games. Olivia previously worked as the Director of Equity, Inclusion & Diversity + Organizational Development at Juul Labs from June 2019 to September 2021. In this role, they led global efforts across both Equity, Inclusion & Diversity as well as Organizational Development. Olivia provided strategic guidance, support, and oversight to 10 Employee Resource Groups designed to create community, encourage and cultivate professional development and advance strategic imperatives within the Company.
Hooper has also authored the annual diversity report to tell a comprehensive story that goes beyond representation and mix (diversity metrics) helping to convey comprehensive efforts to deliver on the promise of a more equitable and inclusive culture. In addition, they led Climate Checks to better understand how well employees feel seen, valued, and heard in acute employee sub populations, essentially the degree to which they feel as though they belong.
At Juul Labs, Hooper was also responsible for leading the annual Talent Management Calendar, inclusive of succession planning, advancement planning, talent reviews, performance management, the global mentorship program, the leadership development program and executive coaching program. Olivia led a small team responsible for embedding both EI&D and OD into the fabric of the organization. Lastly, they partnered with Communications to regularly communicate equity, inclusion & diversity initiatives, events and progress.
Olivia Hooper has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Clark Atlanta University and a degree from St. Stephen's and St. Agnes School.
