Tridib Pal

Tridib Pal currently serves as the Manager (HOD) in Industrial Engineering at Epic Group since October 2023, effectively overseeing extensive plant operations involving 32 production lines, 30 finishing lines, 2,758 machines, and a workforce of 5,192 members. Prior to this role, Tridib worked as an Operations Analyst at Classic Fashion Apparel Industry Ltd. Co. and as an Assistant Production Manager at BEST Corporation Private Limited, where significant contributions were made towards new plant establishment and operational efficiency. Tridib also completed a graduation project focused on enhancing sewing floor productivity and gained valuable experience through various internships in the textile and apparel industry. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduation in Fashion Technology from the National Institute of Fashion Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Apparel Production Management from the Government College of Engineering and Textile Technology.
