Sherry Faust

Ms. Faust’s role is to plan and direct all operations of each facility. Responsibilities include formulating policies and implementation, managing daily operations, planning the use of new treatments and methods to enhance patient care, develop and monitor all department heads including each Administrator, seek cost effective programs and initiatives while providing the highest level of care, promote each facility in the community and hospitals, oversee all renovations and quality and cost of plan, meet with staff on a regular basis, make rounds at each facility visiting residents and families on the units, meeting with all consultants and revising treatment plans when necessary. Also, Ms. Faust assists each facility in meeting all Federal and State Regulatory requirements and review of any and all Plan of Corrections required by the Department of Health.
