David Hutchinson

Mr. Hutchinson has over 30 years of healthcare finance experience in a number of entities including hospitals, medical groups, IPA management, health plans and management service organizations. He joined EPIC in 2012 as Vice President/Chief Financial Officer (CFO). His responsibilities include the management, direction and leadership of all core financial functions for EPIC and its clients.

Prior to joining EPIC, Mr. Hutchinson served as CFO for Redwood Regional Medical Group in Santa Rosa, CA. Before joining Redwood, he was the CFO for 2 entities in San Diego including Centre for Health Care, multi-specialty medical group and IPA, and Sharp Health Plan, a community based HMO. He spent time on the East Cost of the U.S. in the acquisition and management of medical groups and radiology centers and with HealthCare Partners, Huntington Medical Group and community hospitals in Southern California.

Mr. Hutchinson earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from California State University Sacramento and Master of Science Degree in HealthCare Administration from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas.
