Erynne Grubbs has a diverse background in human resources, with experience in various roles and responsibilities. Erynne started their career as a Human Resources Intern at FirstFleet, Inc., where they managed the Employee Rewards process, processed employee record changes, and entered termination records into HireRight. Erynne then transitioned to the role of Human Resources Coordinator, where they streamlined the ACA reporting process and served as the technical point of contact for benefits-related issues. Erynne later became a Human Resources Specialist at FirstFleet, Inc., overseeing benefits plans, performing weekly funding, and generating 1095-Cs for the entire company. After that, they joined American Addiction Centers as a Human Resources Information System Specialist, where they created reports, maintained HRIS documentation, processed payroll, and researched and processed various payroll adjustments. Currently, Erynne is employed as a Human Resources Business Partner at Epic Staffing Group.

Erynne Grubbs pursued their education at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU), where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from 2014 to 2019. Erynne'sfield of study during this program was Business Administration and Management, General. Following their undergraduate studies, Erynne enrolled at MTSU once again in 2020 to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, which is expected to be completed in 2023.
