Linzy Startzell, SHRM-CP

Linzy Startzell, SHRM-CP has a wealth of experience in the field of human resources. Linzy began their career at Stand By Me Childcare & Enrichment Center in 2010, where they worked as an Associate Teacher. In 2011, they joined HR Concepts LLC as a Claims Administrator and later became a Client Manager before leaving in 2012.

Startzell then joined HouseWorks LLC in 2012, where they served as the Coordinator of Client Services, Human Resources. In 2015, they were promoted to the role of Manager of Human Resources and held that position until 2017.

In 2017, Startzell transitioned to Lahey Health as a Benefits Leave Specialist and later became an HR Generalist. Linzy stayed with the company until 2019 when they joined Beth Israel Lahey Health as an HR Business Partner.

Most recently, Startzell has been working at Epic Staffing Group since 2021. Linzy started as a Talent Development Manager and quickly progressed to become the Director of People Operations. Currently, they hold the position of VP, People Operations.
