As the chief of staff for EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants, he fulfills a critical role advising the chief executive officer and members of the executive leadership team on strategies, goals and industry trends impacting the retail business. John holds a master’s degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova University as well as a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from La Salle University.
