Tricia Dowd has a diverse work experience spanning across different industries. Tricia started their career as a Charge Nurse at Country Estates of Agawam, where they provided direct patient care and ensured patient satisfaction. After that, they worked as a Unit Leader and Business Trainer at PartyLite, leading a team of 12 consultants and being responsible for building relationships and developing sales.

Tricia then moved on to become a Home Care Provider at Physicians Healthcare, where they were a member of an interdisciplinary team and provided comprehensive care and support to patients and their families. Tricia later transitioned to the role of Clinical Liaison, where they developed and maintained referral sources, increased the company's visibility in the medical community, and facilitated the discharge process for patients.

In 2013, Tricia became a Consultant at One on One, Inc., where they provided consulting services. This was followed by their role as a Director of Sales Operations at EpiCenter ERP, where they coordinated the implementation of services, policies, and programs through Human Resources.

At JYD Racing, Tricia worked as a Business Manager for a professional motocross business and race team. Tricia'sresponsibilities included managing day-to-day operations, negotiating rider contracts, and building relationships with sponsors and industry leaders.

Tricia then returned to EpiCenter ERP, this time as a Director of People Operations. In this role, they established a Human Resources department and oversaw HRIS implementation, talent acquisition, compensation management, and benefits administration.

Most recently, Tricia held the position of Director of People & Payroll Operations at EpiCenter ERP, where they originated and led Human Resources practices and objectives to create an employee-oriented culture focused on high performance and quality. Tricia also remained knowledgeable of key processes and business initiatives to assist the external team in achieving company goals.

Tricia Dowd began their education at the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 1988, where they studied Psychology and Business. Tricia attended this institution until 1990, but it is important to note that they did not obtain a degree during this time. Following this, Tricia enrolled at Baystate Medical Center School of Nursing in 1991 and completed their studies there in 1994, earning a Diploma in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. After working in the field for several years, they decided to further enhance their knowledge and skills. In 2009, Tricia completed the RN refresher program certificate at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
