Margaux Fourcade has extensive work experience in various industries. Margaux is currently working at epicery, where they started in March 2020 as a Customer Success Representative and then transitioned to the role of Chargée du Support Commerçant. In December 2021, they became the Responsable Satisfaction Client.
Prior to that, Margaux worked at MedUP as a Co-manager from December 2018 to July 2020. Margaux also gained experience in the luxury food industry at GROUPE BON MARCHÉ, where they served as a Department Manager. Their role there lasted from 2016 to 2017.

Margaux Fourcade started their education in 2005 at Notre-Dame de La Merci, where they completed their Baccalauréat in the scientific section. From 2008 to 2010, they attended IPESUP and pursued the Concours Grandes Ecoles program. Margaux then joined ESCP Business School from 2010 to 2016, where they obtained a Master in Management - Grande Ecole Programme with a field of study in Paris-Berlin. In 2017 and 2018, Margaux studied at L'Institut Agro Montpellier, earning a Master of research EcoDEVA in Environmental, Development, and Food economics.
