Emilio Guzman

Emilio Guzman is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer support and business management. Currently serving as a Customer Support Manager at Epicor since September 2003, Emilio oversees a fully integrated retail management system for local retailers. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Product Support Specialist within Epicor's Accounting Group, providing technical support in Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Payroll, and General Ledger programs. Emilio is also the former owner of Emilio's Lawn Care and Landscaping, which offered a range of landscaping and irrigation services from January 2010 to July 2012. Earlier in their career, Emilio held the position of National Tax Manager for ADP (formerly Probusiness), coordinating payroll tax filings and addressing payroll-related concerns. Emilio holds a BA in Business Management/Accounting from the University of Mount Olive and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Panola Junior College.
