Matt Keitlen

Matt Keitlen has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and companies within the software and human resource systems industry. Matt started their career as a Consultant at Bank of America Payroll Services / ADP in 1989. Matt then joined Spectrum Human Resources Systems in 1992, where they held the positions of Professional Services Manager and later VP of Services & Support until 2004. Matt then joined SPECTRUM Human Resource Systems Corporation as Executive VP & COO from 2004 to 2010. Matt then moved to Epicor Software, where they served as VP, Operations for Epicor HCM from 2010 to 2014, and subsequently became VP Services, leading Professional Services for various software products solutions. In this role, they had full P&L responsibility for multiple organizations and was the executive level escalation contact for client issues. Matt also led the realignment of the PS organizations to improve profitability and gain efficiencies.

Matt Keitlen has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Management from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. Matt also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science & Marketing from The Ohio State University.
