Toni Checketts Assoc CIPD has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Toni began their career at Waitrose, where they started as a System's trainer and later transitioned into delivering soft skills training and assuming a senior Design role. Toni then moved to Trimble Inc., where they established and shaped a new Learning and Development role, delivering Trimble's first formal Partner development program and launching eLearning offerings. Finally, they joined Epicor, taking on various leadership roles focused on talent and leadership development, including overseeing global strategies, driving learning initiatives, and implementing leadership development programs. Throughout their career, Toni has demonstrated expertise in learning strategy, program development, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Toni Checketts Assoc CIPD completed a Diploma of Education in Level 5 Diploma in Learning and Development at CIPD Qualifications from 2021 to 2022. They also pursued a Diploma of Education in CIPD Level 5 Learning and Development Management Pathway at Avado during the same period. In their earlier education, Toni received an Art A level from Gordano School Sixth Form between 1999 and 2001, and GCSEs in various subjects from Gordano School from 1994 to 1999. Additionally, Toni obtained certification as an Insights Discovery Practitioner from Insights in 2023 and became an Associate Member of CIPD in 2022.
