Alex Petridis

Alex Petridis has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. In 2015, they worked as a Store Assistant for Plaisio - Πλαίσιο, where they organized the warehouse, handled new supplies, and ensured the store's restocking. In 2016, they became a Group Life Account Administrator for Generali Hellas, where they handled day to day support and consulting for business clients, received queries, and coordinated the policies execution alongside various internal/external partners. In 2021, they became a Back Office Sales Agent for efood, where they consulted on optimal practises, answered queries, and handled complaints/challenging behaviours. Currently, they are a Customer Success Consultant for Epignosis learning technologies and a Tutor Success Manager for GoStudent, where they onboarded and trained tutors, handled all operational tasks regarding new tutors, and received and solved requests via telephone, email, text, and omnichannel communication.

Alex Petridis has a well-rounded education history. Alex obtained a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Financial Management from the University of Piraeus from 2012 to 2018. Alex then furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from the Hellenic Open University from 2020 to 2022.
