Canaan Howell

Canaan Howell has three years of professional work experience. In 2021, they began working as a Business Analyst for Epika Fleet Services. From 2018-2021, they were a Senior Representative for Wesley Financial Group, LLC, where they placed in the top three for total funded deals in 2019, bringing on a total of 200+ new clients. Canaan also conducted training classes for new employees, designed and implemented a new training curriculum, and coached under-performing team members. From 2015-2018, they were a Resident Assistant at the University of Tennessee, where they worked with approximately 400 freshman students per year with their studies, involvement on campus, and overall adaptation to college life. Canaan also regularly performed administrative tasks, planned community events, and confronted and resolved student issues.
