Bodo Becker has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Bodo started their career in 1992 as a Specialist Electronic Warfare Panavia PA 200 (Tornado) in the German Air Force. From 2000 to 2008, they worked at Lufthansa CityLine GmbH as Maintenance Planning and Control personnel. Bodo then joined Johnson Controls in 2008 as an Advanced Quality Engineer until 2011. From 2011 to 2015, Bodo worked at TSK Flagsol Engineering GmbH as Manager Operations & Maintenance. In 2015, they joined Mainova AG and held the positions of Head of Operations / Service Provider Management from 2015 to 2019 and Director of Operations from 2019 to 2019. Most recently, Bodo Becker has been working as the Head of Operations at epilot GmbH since October 2019.

Bodo Becker's education history begins in 1989 when they attended the vocational technical college in Siegen. Bodo completed their studies there in 1991 and obtained a degree as a power electronics engineer with a specialization in industrial operating systems.

Later, from 1998 to 2000, Bodo Becker attended the Berufskolleg Platz der Republik für Technik und Medien Mönchengladbach. During this time, they pursued a certification as a certified aircraft technician with a focus on Category B1 Line Maintenance in airframe and powerplant.

In addition to their formal education, Bodo Becker has obtained several certifications. In 2010, they became a certified process auditor VDA 6.3 through the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Qualität (DGQ) and completed the process facilitator course offered by Kepner-Tregoe.

Bodo also holds certifications in the ISO 27001:2022 Foundations Course from Advisera Expert Solutions Ltd, completed in March 2023, and the PowerMBA program from ThePowerMBA, completed in July 2020. Other certifications include the Certified Project Management Associate from the IPMA: International Project Management Association, Poka Yoke from TQU Akademie, Problem Solving & Decision Making from Kepner-Tregoe, and Six Sigma Green Belt from Johnson Controls. The obtained months and years for these certifications were not specified.
