David J. DelCollo, Esq. has a diverse work experience in various legal roles. David J. started their career as a Corporate Counsel at Acsys Technologies Ltd., where they were responsible for drafting and negotiating agreements with Fortune 500 companies and managing the legal department. David J. then served as an Assistant District Attorney at Berks County, handling over 1,000 cases and gaining a reputation as a skilled trial attorney. After that, they worked as In House Counsel at PBI Healthcare, overseeing corporate legal compliance and litigation and ensuring healthcare providers' adherence to state and federal laws. David J. then joined Bioclinica as a Senior Counsel & Contracts Manager, leading negotiations for various agreements and providing corporate legal advice to different business segments. As Senior Corporate Counsel at Ancillare, LP, they managed all legal work for the global organization. Currently, they serve as the General Counsel & Chief Operating Officer at Epione Medical Corporation, where they conceptualized and built compliance programs, handled daily administration and operations, and provided successful answers to medical inquiries from regulatory bodies. Throughout their career, David J. DelCollo, Esq. has demonstrated expertise in compliance, contract management, litigation, and providing practical legal advice.

David J. DelCollo, Esq. completed their Juris Doctorate degree from Widener University School of Law between 2002 and 2005. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Law Studies at Duquesne University from 1998 to 2002.
