Terry Gaylord

Terry Gaylord is the chief human resources officer at Epiq. He leads the global HR function in providing strategic people-related solutions and services to all business units and infrastructure across the enterprise. With more than 15 years of experience across multiple industries, Gaylord brings in-depth knowledge and expertise across the disciplines of human resources, organization development, talent management, leadership, and culture. Gaylord holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Illinois Wesleyan University and a doctorate in industrial and organizational psychology from Kansas State University.
