Ewa Rajczakowska

Ewa Rajczakowska has extensive work experience in global sourcing and purchasing roles. Ewa is currently the Head of Global Sourcing, Tools & Attachments at Epiroc, starting in February 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Purchasing Manager at Garmin from August 2020 to January 2022. Before Garmin, they held various positions at DeLaval, including Factory Manager from September 2018 to August 2020 and Global Category Director Metals & Plastic from October 2013 to August 2018. Ewa also worked as a Sourcing and Supplier Development Director at Ruukki from February 2012 to September 2013. Ewa'searlier experience includes a long stint at Volvo Construction Equipment as a Commodity Manager in the Purchasing Department from July 1998 to January 2012.

Ewa Rajczakowska obtained a Master's degree in Economics with a specialization in Foreign Trade from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business between 1995 and 1999. Ewa also completed Postgraduate Studies in International Business Administration at the University of Wroclaw from 2001 to 2002. Ewa Rajczakowska pursued Advanced Leadership courses at the Stockholm School of Economics Executive Education, completing them in the year 2017. In 2019, they enrolled in Wrocławska Akademia Biznesu w Naukach Stosowanych and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on International Studies conducted in English. Additionally, they pursued an MBA program at HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management from 2019 to 2021.
