Jéan Roux

Jéan Roux has extensive experience in management and strategic development within the technology and mining sectors. Currently serving as Global Services Manager for the Digital Solutions Division at Epiroc since August 2023, Jéan previously held several senior leadership roles at MineRP Holding Pty Ltd from October 2012 to August 2023, including SVP Services & Partners and EVP Operations. Jéan's work has focused on enhancing client value through the integration of spatial mining science data with business processes and ERP applications. With a background that includes significant positions at T-Systems, e-volution, IBM Consulting Group, and SANDF, Jéan has developed expertise in operational management, project implementation, and strategic consultancy. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Management from The Open University and military science from Stellenbosch University.
