Karine Dubois

Karine Dubois is an experienced HR leader currently serving as Manager of Epiroc University and Global HR Projects Lead at Epiroc since June 2022, focusing on global initiatives in Leadership, Talent Management, and Digital Acceleration after a sabbatical. In addition, Karine evaluates social impact innovations as a Reviewer for MIT Solve, contributes to environmental efforts at Time for the Planet as an Associate, and engages with FrenchFounders as a Member. Previous roles at Epiroc include Vice President HR & SHEQ for the Surface Division and Vice President Human Resources for the Hydraulic Attachment Tools Division, alongside significant HR leadership positions at Atlas Copco. Karine's educational background includes an Executive Master in Human Resources Management from ESSEC Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Université Paris Cité.
