Shakeel Khalfan

Shakeel Khalfan, P.Eng. is an accomplished engineering and business development professional with extensive experience in the industrial and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Business Development & Technical Service at Epiroc since August 2023, Shakeel also holds the title of Business Development Manager for Powerbit X. As Director of Executive Search at Edge Executive Partners Ltd. since January 2019, Shakeel specializes in executive search within the industrial/manufacturing domains. Previously, Shakeel worked at Johnson Electric as Engineering Manager, overseeing the engineering spectrum for OEM engine oil and transmission pumps for major automotive clients. Shakeel's background includes roles as Plant Manager and Engineering Manager at Boart Longyear, where manufacturing processes and product development were optimized, as well as experience as a Product Development Engineer at Stackpole International and a Project/Design Engineer at Magna International. Shakeel holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree in Mechanical System Design from Ryerson University.
