Ryan Scott

Ryan Scott, MSW, CPC, serves as the Stabilization Services Coordinator at Episcopal Community Services in Philadelphia, providing direct supervision to Rapid Re-Housing Coaches while managing a caseload and assisting families towards housing stability. With experience as a Housing Stabilization Coach, Ryan implemented coaching strategies for families facing housing insecurity and performed crucial case management duties. Additionally, Ryan holds the position of Vice President on the Board of Trustees for Operation Lean on Me, supporting programming development and operations. Ryan has also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at West Chester University focusing on food insecurity among college students, and held various roles in mental health, crisis intervention, and housing services prior to these positions. Ryan earned a Master's degree in Social Work from West Chester University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of Akron.
