Erin Phillips

Erin Phillips currently serves as the Upper Class Dorm Head at Episcopal High School, overseeing the safety and well-being of 46 students and leading a team of six faculty members. Previous roles include admissions officer, where comprehensive interview processes were conducted for prospective students, and coaching positions in lacrosse and field hockey. Erin has experience in student mentorship, crisis management, and program development within athletic leadership and community engagement. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Franklin & Marshall College, complemented by various internships focused on social media marketing and independent research in psychology. Erin's leadership was further demonstrated as a senior captain of the Franklin & Marshall Women's Lacrosse Team, recognized for sportsmanship and athletic excellence.
