Alexis Ryles, MPA, SPHR has a diverse and extensive background in human resources and talent development. Alexis is currently the Owner of Ryles Consulting, where they collaborate with organizations to develop customized training programs and provide assistance in various areas of HR. Prior to starting their own consulting business, Alexis was the Director of Talent Development at Episcopal Retirement Services, where they focused on enhancing workforce effectiveness and fostering a strong organizational culture. Alexis has also held roles as a Senior Training & Development Specialist at Talbert House, where they spearheaded organizational change and performed training program analysis, and as a Human Resources Coordinator and Benefits Administrator at Cincinnati Museum Center and National Underground Railroad Freedom Center, where they managed benefit plans and played a role in training new HR staff. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Human Resources Administrator at Advanced Testing Laboratory and as a Human Resources Assistant at Ohio Valley Goodwill Industries. Alexis began their HR career as a Human Resources Intern at the City of Murray, Kentucky, where they assisted with various HR projects and designed and delivered comprehensive training programs.

Alexis Ryles, MPA, SPHR began their education by enrolling at Fisk University in 2005, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Political Science. Alexis successfully completed their studies at Fisk University in 2009. Following their undergraduate studies, Alexis subsequently matriculated at Murray State University in 2009 for a Master's degree in Public Administration. Their education at Murray State University concluded in 2010, culminating in the awarding of their MPA degree.
