Greg Muspratt

Greg Muspratt has over 18 years of work experience in the financial services industry. Greg began their career in 2003 as a Junior Business Analyst at Westpac New Zealand Limited. In 2008, they moved to Lloyds Banking Group where they held the role of Credit Card SME / Senior Business Analyst. In 2015, they joined First Data Corporation as a Senior Business Analyst. In 2016, they became a Credit Card SME (Contractor) at TSB Bank, where they were responsible for system configuration, process re-designing, identifying gaps, finding solutions and workarounds, communicating effectively between suppliers, and responding to issues. In 2018, they became a Business Analyst at Fiserv. In 2020, they joined MyPay as a Business Analyst and Paysafe Group as a Senior Business Analyst. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Episode Six as a Solutions Architect and Lead Solutions Architect.

Greg Muspratt obtained a Bachelor's degree in History from The University of Auckland. In June 2020, they also obtained a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
