Laura Adams

Laura Adams has over 12 years of legal experience. Laura started their career in 2008 as an Intern at Human Rights Watch. In 2010, they were a Summer Associate at Loevy & Loevy, and in 2011, they were a Summer Associate at O'Melveny & Myers LLP. In 2012, they joined O'Melveny & Myers LLP as an Associate in the Capital Markets department. In 2014, they became a Corporate Associate at Gunderson Dettmer, where they represented private and public emerging growth companies in various corporate transactions. In 2017, they joined Egan Nelson LLP as a Senior Attorney in the Emerging Technology and Venture Capital department. In 2019, they became an Associate General Counsel and Senior Counsel at Sally Beauty. In 2021, they joined Hippo Insurance as Deputy General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel and was also a Charter Member at TechGC. Currently, they are the General Counsel at Episode Six.

Laura Adams obtained their Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, a Certificate in Business and Public Policy from The Wharton School, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Philosophy from the University of South Carolina.
