Subrojit Banik has extensive experience in sales and management, currently serving as Regional Manager for Eastern India and Exports at Essel Propack Limited since May 2008. In this role, Subrojit is responsible for compliance with company policies, achieving budgeted targets, and driving new business development. Prior to this position, Subrojit worked as a Sales Assistant at Sports World International, where responsibilities included customer relationship management and staff training. Subrojit's career began at Hindustan Unilever Limited as a Territory Sales Incharge, focusing on sales growth and team motivation. Subrojit holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Export Import Management from Symbiosis Center For Distance Learning and a Master’s Degree in Accountancy from Guahati University, as well as an MBA in Marketing from Symbiosis Center For Distance Learning.
