Melanie Spencer

Melanie Spencer is an experienced administrative specialist currently employed at ePlace Solutions, Inc. since September 2021, focusing on training and phishing simulations while connecting clients to essential risk management services. Prior experiences include serving as an operations specialist at the Georgia Department of Public Health, where significant reductions in purchase orders and account holds were achieved through user education and vendor collaboration.
