Software Engineer at ePlant

Adam Taufmann's work experience begins in 2011 when they served as a Construction Sergeant in the United States Army Reserve. In 2012, they worked as an Assembly Technician Intern and later an Applications Engineer Intern at Wolf Robotics. Adam also worked as a Website/Technology Developer at Colorado State University during this time. In 2013, Adam had internships as a Mechanical Engineer at the National Astronomical Observatory of Japan and a Mechanical Engineer Intern at OtterBox. In 2014, they worked as a Hardware Intern at Hewlett Packard, and in 2015, they worked as a Field Energy Consultant at SolarCity. From 2015 to 2021, Adam worked at Jupiter Research Foundation as a Mechanical Engineer and Software Developer. In 2021, they joined ePlant, Inc as a Software Engineer, where they are involved in developing mobile applications for their controlled environment agriculture systems.

Adam Taufmann attended Colorado State University from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Prior to that, they attended the American Public University System from 2008 to 2009 and earned an A.A. in General Studies. In 2015, Adam obtained the EIT (Engineer in Training) certification from NCEES, and in 2014, they obtained the Vibrations ISO CAT I certification.
