John Paolo Cabrera

John Paolo Cabrera has extensive experience in the IT industry, working in various roles for different companies. John Paolo began their career as an IT Consultant at Indra, where they developed and maintained financial systems for MERALCO. John Paolo then worked at Hewlett-Packard as a Service Level Manager, managing the Customer Portal and Web Order Management Tool for Procter & Gamble. After that, they joined Amdocs Philippines as a Service Level Manager, designing and ensuring the fulfillment of Service Level Agreements for Globe Telecoms. John Paolo then became the IT Manager (IT Governance) at Philippine Batteries Incorporated, overseeing IT operations and expansion in the Philippines, Australia, and Malaysia. More recently, they served as the Head of Financial Systems and Control at ePLDT, managing the company's internal IT requirements. John Paolo most recently worked as the AVP and IT Head at Rockwell Land Corporation.

John Paolo Cabrera completed a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science at Ateneo de Manila University from 2003 to 2007. In 2018, they attended Massachusetts Institute of Technology - Sloan School of Management for a short-term program in Digital Transformation, focusing on Information Technology. Alongside their formal education, they obtained additional certifications in Managing Up and Creating Your IT Strategy from LinkedIn and Digital Transformation from the EMERITUS Institute of Management.
